Who wants to march in the Halifax Pride Parade with Amnesty International?
All are welcome - help us celebrate the LGBT community and Pride Day!
Marchers should meet at the military parking lot on Provo Wallis St near the foot of Cornwallis St, just north of Upper Water St near Purdy's Wharf, between 12:30 and 1:00pm on Saturday, July 25 to get organized. Parade starts at 1:30pm. Look for the people holding Amnesty International banners or ask a parade official to direct you.
The parade ends at 3pm at Citadel High. From there, feel free to head to the Citadel Garrison Grounds for the Pride Fair and concert.
